Tuesday Morning Sketches #289

Good Morning!  The newest sketch is up on Tuesday Morning Sketches and I really love this one!  It has so much possibility!  Gotta love that.  I also am thrilled that we're being sponsored by All Dressed Up.  What sweet images.

My card features a sweet image called Little Treasure.  My friend just welcomed a new grandbaby into her family, baby Camden was born a few days ago, weighing in at just little over 9 pounds!  Wow!  So I made this card to send to her and her husband to congratulate them.  No one ever sends cards to the grand-parents.

Now, if you know me, you know it absolutely killed me to put this stupid "congrats" sentiment on this card.  I HATE that word.  But I do not have a "congratulations" stamp in my collection anywhere.  That must be remedied immediately.  Can anyone suggest a really good sentiment set?

Anyway, I hope to see you join us this week.  Thank you for stopping by.

Tuesday Morning Sketches #288

Good Morning!  Thank you for stopping by my blog.  The new sketch is up at Tuesday Morning Sketches and it's fun, too.  I can't wait to see what you do with it!

This week's sponsor is Sweet n Sassy Stamps and my card features a stamp set that's no longer available, but still very cute!!!  Teacup Cocoa I think is the right name.

I had purchased 3 new Copics from a nice lady on Facebook who was parting with them pretty inexpensively.  They were perfect paired with this great burgundy card stock.  I added a few sequins.

Thanks for stopping by!

Tuesday Morning Sketches #287

Good Morning!  I'm back, I'm alive.  I'm still coughing but it is slowly getting better.  The sketch is up at Tuesday Morning Sketches and it's the last of revisited sketches.  This week's pick was by Nina and it's one that was created by former DT member Laura Nehring.

I still wasn't feeling well enough to go all out, my card features items I had on my table already.  I also couldn't get my program open that I import digis into to print them and I just didn't have the energy to figure what the heck was wrong with that.  My apologies to our sponsor, but my team represented Stitchy Bear very well.

My card features a lattice border punch by EK Success, butterfly sticker by Martha Stewart and Valentine stamps by My Favorite Things.  The only thing that I actually pulled out of the drawer was the embossing powder and heat tool, everything else literally was sitting on my table.  I'm not going to mention how long it's been sitting there.  LOL

Please head on over to TMS and join us!  Thank you for stopping by.
